FFEx's Managing Editor/Senior Writer
and a member of the Professional Football Writers of America, Richard is one of the
foremost fantasy football
experts in the country.
His weekly columns have appeared on
either ESPN.com,
SportsIllustrated.com, or
USAToday.com
over the past eight years. Richard has
contributed to other sites and magazines,
including
FanExFootball.com, Fantasy Football DraftBook,
Fantasy
Football Index, Fantasy Sports Magazine, FoxSports.com,
and SportsNetwork.com. He also participates regularly in various
expert
leagues, including the SI.com Expert League.
Since 2003,
Richard has been a
regular guest analyst for
various radio stations, including ESPN Sports Radio
1300 in Lexington, KY, ESPN Sports Radio 770 in
Tampa, Florida, and KWTO-JOCK
98.7 FM in Springfield, MO.
Over the past
seven seasons, Richard has been a member of ten different fantasy football leagues (not all in the
same year). During that period, he has finished fourth or higher 24 of
34 times (70.6 percent), capturing ten league titles,
finishing second four times, and placing third on seven occasions.

With a PhD from Princeton, Mike
is the only doctor on the staff, but don't ask him if
there's anything that he can do to keep Fred Taylor healthy.
Mike
first discovered fantasy football as part of his
struggle to neglect his dissertation. When
Mike wins his fantasy matchups, it is because of his
"staggering brilliance and uncanny foresight."
When he loses, it is
only, and invariably,
because of "injury."
Generous to a fault, Mike first began sharing his
fantasy insights as a guest writer at FFToday.com.
Through a careful campaign of blackmail and
manipulation, he was quickly elevated to a staff
writer position at that site and then finagled his way
into writing for FFEx
in 2001. |

Brad
has an engineering degree and more than 20 years of experience in Information
Systems and Analysis/Reporting. He applies his strong analytical
skills to fantasy sports with great success.
Brad has been a valuable member of our staff since 1998.
His duties have evolved from being a part-time researcher and
analyst to becoming our primary Q&A guru.
Brad now focuses
on managing our message boards and answering subscribers' questions (either directly or in his
weekly column, "Extra Points").
Prior to joining our staff, Brad had become a local legend for his wily
fantasy football, baseball and basketball ownership skills. He is a fantasy
addict and participates heavily in ESPN fantasy
leagues. In recent years, he
has won league championships in football, baseball, basketball, golf and
auto racing. He has participated in ESPN UBER Wars leagues and won an UBER
Wars fantasy football league championship in 2003.
You can view Brad's ESPN
fantasy profile at
http://my.espn.go.com/profile/user?tab=fantasy&username=hainesbl.
Brad has also fared well when
representing FFEx in various
expert and high-stakes leagues, capturing titles in the 2005 Fantasy VIPs, the 2004 FSIC
Expert League, hosted
by Fantasy Sports R Us, and the 2001 Maximus Challenge, hosted by
Pigskin Addiction.

A
recent graduate of Cornell University, Dan is the second Ivy Leaguer to join
the staff. He is coming off of an impressive rookie campaign with
Fantasy Football Experts. With a unique and entertaining style, Dan's
2005 duties included analyzing matchups for the NFC South and NFC West teams
and serving as a part-time radio host for FFEx Radio.
The mistake that we made was giving Dan a
glowing recommendation upon graduation. The result is that he will
have a full-time job at ESPN, starting this fall. Being ever so loyal,
Dan has vowed to not let his new career prevent him from continuing to be a
quality scribe and analyst for FFEx. He is also motivated to return
because he wants to ensure that the compromising pictures, which were taken
while he was covering the Vikings last season, do not end up in the wrong
hands.
Speaking of motivation, we're hoping
that the above mug shot of Nick Nolte will prompt Dan to send us a recent
photo immediately. |

Jason
joined the staff in 2005. He has
10 years of sports journalism experience,
and his
fantasy football columns have
been published in numerous newspapers and websites, including the
Chicago Tribune.
Jason is entering his
14th year of playing fantasy football. He
considers himself a stat freak, so playing
fantasy sports comes naturally to him. He's known for
having solid drafts, having the ability to find
gems off the waiver wire and making trades to
strengthen his lineup. Jason has won
numerous fantasy football titles in different
formats, including finishing seventh nationally in the
2005 Fantasy VIPs high-stakes leagues. |

Michael joined our staff soon
after graduating with honors and a degree in Journalism in 1999. His
collegiate experience included working as a sports columnist for
the Washington Square Times, a student-run newspaper at New York
University.
A New Jersey resident for most of his
life,
Michael's duties at FFEx
have included covering the Jets
and Giants, writing
feature articles, and contributing to weekly columns such
as the
"Tip Sheet."
Mike
has earned a reputation for being a skilled
fantasy football and baseball owner, winning multiple
league titles since joining the staff.
In fact, Mike has had so much success in
his hometown league that he was on the
verge of being forcibly removed.
In that particular local league (10 teams, yardage
and scoring league), he won back-to-back
championships in 2002 and 2003, compiling a 25-5
record, including the
post season.

Scott
has more than 20 years
experience as a sports
columnist, most recently at the Springfield (Mo.) News-Leader.
He
typically spent his Sundays in
the fall at either Arrowhead Stadium or the Edward Jones Dome,
covering the exploits of the Kansas City Chiefs or
the St. Louis Rams, a gig that also allowed him
the opportunity to follow Kurt Warner, Marshall Faulk and Co. to dramatic
Super Bowl finishes in Atlanta and New Orleans.Known as a
waiver-wire vulture, Scott joined the
FFEx staff in 2004 out of a
desire to combine his passions for both writing and fantasy sports.
His hearty fantasy appetite is fed by participating in several highly
competitive football leagues each season, as well as major league baseball
and NBA fantasy leagues to kill time until the NFL season comes around
again. |

If you are interested in becoming a
contributing writer, you should have strong writing skills, the ability to work
under time constraints, and a passion for sports, especially football. A
college degree in English or Journalism, and/or real-life sports writing
experience are major pluses. Strong computer and statistical skills are
also desired, but not necessary.

like to inquire about writing opportunities at FFEx,
